Tyler-based title production technology company extends its U.S.-patented mobile platform so customers can view live order status, download documents to any device, and email or text them on demand — the latest customer-driven step ahead of the company’s AI Suite debut at TLTA in June

TYLER, Texas — June 8, 2026 —RecordsOnline, LLC, the Tyler-based technology company powering title production across Texas, today announced the release of ROMobile 2.0, a major update to its iPhone and Android app that lets RecordsOnline title evidence customers see the current status of their orders and download documents from those orders directly to a mobile device. Once a document is on the device, customers can email or text it the moment it is needed — closing the gap between the office and the work that happens at the courthouse, the closing table, and in the field.

The release builds on ROMobile 1.0, which first put the company’s 94, and growing, county licensable title plants — plus a Central Appraisal District (CAD) search across all 254 Texas counties — in the hands of title agents, underwriters, attorneys, surveyors, and oil and gas professionals. Where version 1.0 focused on search and document retrieval, version 2.0 extends that functionality to the full order, giving customers real-time visibility into where each order stands and the ability to act on its documents without returning to a desktop.

ROMobile 2.0 is the latest milestone in a customer-driven innovation roadmap that began with RecordsOnline’s U.S.-patented Search-Monitor-Notification System (U.S. Patent No. 11,023,450) and continues this month with the company’s AI Suite for title examination, debuting at the Texas Land Title Association (TLTA) Annual Conference in Frisco, Texas, June 8, 2026. Each step has been built in direct response to what customers have asked for in an industry that has historically been manual and tied to the desktop.

Availability

ROMobile 2.0 is available now as a free update for existing RecordsOnline subscribers in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Current users can simply update the app and sign in with the credentials they already use; new subscribers download the app and sign in with their existing RecordsOnline credentials.
